Global TPFS dropped to 27.4 — the lowest in recent cycles — as CONGESTED ports fell to 79. Guangzhou’s 578-hour spike fully resolved. South Manila worsened to 76 hours with 31 vessels waiting, while Koper finally improved after three cycles of deterioration.
